A2 Flyers Vocabulary: Time

    Cambridge A2 Flyers introduces 39 new time words, on top of the 27 from earlier levels — 66 in total for the exam, because YLE vocabulary is cumulative. The new words are below with meanings, examples and audio; the earlier ones are listed further down.

    It means the time from midnight until lunchtime.

    Used to say how far back in the past something happened.
