Terms of Service

1. What Flyers English is

Flyers English is a game-based learning platform that helps children aged 6–12 prepare for the Cambridge English Young Learners exams (Pre-A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers) through mini-games, practice exams, and AI-assisted feedback.

Flyers English is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Cambridge exam names are used only to describe what our practice content prepares for.

2. Accounts and children's accounts

Accounts must be created by an adult (18 or older) — normally a parent, legal guardian, or teacher. Children use Flyers English under an account that is created, consented to, and managed by their parent or guardian. By creating an account for a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian (or have their authorization) and that you consent to the child's use of the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date — it is how we send receipts and important account notices.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features are free; premium features require a paid plan (monthly, 6-month, annual, or lifetime). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All charges are made in US dollars (USD). Where we show prices in another currency (for example Vietnamese đồng), those amounts are for reference only — your card is charged the USD amount.

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then.

If a renewal payment fails, we do not cut off your child's access immediately. You get a 7-day grace period after the end of your paid period while the payment is retried. If payment still cannot be collected after the grace period, premium access pauses (your child's progress is never deleted) until payment is completed.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of premium features. No credit card is required for the trial. When the trial ends, the account simply reverts to the free plan — nothing is charged automatically.

5. Refunds — 7-day money-back guarantee

Every first purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy for any reason, email info@flyersenglish.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Access codes

English centers and teachers can buy access codes that unlock premium access for a fixed duration. Each code can be redeemed once and is subject to the terms agreed with the purchasing center. Refunds for codes purchased through a center are handled by that center — see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• share account credentials outside your household or classroom;
• copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our learning content;
• reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• impersonate others or provide false information;
• upload or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a children's platform.

8. Content and ownership

All learning content, games, artwork, audio, and software in the Service belong to Flyers English or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Service while these Terms apply.

Content your child creates in the Service (for example written stories or speaking recordings) remains yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process that content in order to provide the Service — for example sending a speaking recording to our AI provider to generate feedback. See the Privacy Policy for how recordings are handled.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account → Settings; deletion removes your account and your child's data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of what you paid.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular exam result — Cambridge exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyers English's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
